Welcome to Berczy Village
This pedestrian-friendly, new neighbourhood began development in mid 1990s. It is located between the prestigious Angus Glen Community and Wismer Commons. Berczy Village has an eclectic mix of homes, ranging from a variety of gorgeous townhomes to semi-detached and detached homes. All of this is peppered with historic, country homes from the village's previous life as farmland.
This 1,000-acre "village" is named after the founder of Markham, William Berczy, a Canadian colonizer who moved to Markham in the late 18th century.
If you'd like to see learn more about this area, we'd be happy to show you around. Send us an email or call our direct line at (905) 472-7155 and we'll be in touch quickly! (We know of a great cafe in the area and the coffee is on us!)

Sandwiched between the communities of Angus Glen to the west and Wismer Commons to the east, Berczy Village is a mix of all of my favourite things: a beautiful variety of homes, plenty of green space, and convenient access to amenities.
