This is a very well established community in East Markham, Ontario, located just south of Hwy 7 and west of Ninth Line.  The homes in Sherwood - Amberglen are mainly detached 2 storeys and bungalows on large sized lots.  The larger lots are a great feature and usually attract several home buyers.  Several homes back onto ravine/forest and these homes usually sell quickly.

There is a small pocket of older townhomes on the SE corner of Hwy 7 and Wootten Way South that are often purchased as starter homes.  There is plenty of green space in this community, the streets are lined with mature trees, and the neighbourhood is enhanced by the lovely Sherwood Estates parkette off John Dexter.
