Welcome to 'The Conservation' - Markham’s Hidden Gem
This pocket community is located along the northern boundary of Milne Dam Conservation Park, Markham's largest park. This community is popular due to its proximity to nature and walking trails, the Markville Mall, shopping plazas, restaurants and café’s, local transit, and easy access to Highway 407.
Homes here were built back in 1966 and most feature a huge Norway Maple in the front yard. These maples have now formed a canopy across the streets in many parts and make it an absolutely wonderful place to stroll in the summer.
It is also a sought-after community to raise a family in because of its local public school, Roy H. Crosby. Roy H. Crosby P.S. consistently performs well in the provincial EQAO tests which are taken by the grade 3 and grade 6 students each year.
If you'd like to learn more about this area, we'd be happy to show you around. Send us an email or call our direct line at (905) 472-7155 and we'll be in touch quickly! (We know of a great cafe in the area and the coffee is on us!)
